Flight good but it was 30min late taking off. Also don’t like landing then being loaded on bus and driven around the airport like it’s a sightseeing tour.

Different rules going from Dubai to Ahmedabad vs going from Ahmedabad to Dubai Horrible, only 1 baggage was allowed to carry on and no personal bag, i had to put personal bag inside carry on

On time take off and early arrival, what else can one want

My last few flights with Emirates have always been delayed at least a half an hour. When my layover is only an hour and a half to two hours, 30 minutes makes a big difference. I’m going to check out other airlines.

Much better this time than our previous. We had Been thinking we wouldn’t fly with emirates again. I have a wheat allergy so request a gluten free meal. The meals provided in the past have been mostly inedible. So dry and hard and tasteless. I see what my husband gets given with a packed tray with treats and mine is uninviting and awful. I actually was hangry with little food and not able to eat and enjoy what was given to me 😡 This last flight was an improvement. The first meal was edible tho no treats, why can’t a chocolate be given like on the regular trays. I realise you are trying to make the gluten free a dairy free and probably vegetarian one at the same time to save you dollars tho it’s shocking to receive. The snack sandwich given was much better and edible, not hard and dry as previous trips. The final meal received, Breakfast had more variety and treats on it, thank you for that. At last.!!

The IFE was unstable the entire flight seats are very dated for business class and meals were not good.

Flight was delayed and no information was provided what was new time Change gate 3 times at Madina airport First gate was 113 Second gate was 204 And last gate was 113 again

Emirates is always great experience, however, they should reopen their lounge in Istanbul. The IGA lounge is not worth it

I liked everything accept the delay try to improve in that area

Same problem with very poor food. Gluten free options can taste great, there is not reason to be give suboptimal meals in this situation.

Boarding was a nightmare. Still the B773s don’t have WIFI and are a something from the 90s in terms of comfort.

Despite paying business class, the angle seat was uncomfortable. The crew was just ok. The baggage checkin was a mess at JNB.

The bathroms were disgusting by the end of the fight.

I had a great experience with EGYPTAIR. They offered me to check in my handbag which made it very easy since I use a cane. Thank you to EGYPTAIR crew for making sure everyone is receiving the right services.

Like the staff. Food was ok. Entertainment was old and many monitors did not work.

Our flight was great we left Kona earlier and got into LAX almost an 1hour earlier as well. LAX AA is in repair so to get out and found our bus to get pick up was a bit confusing.

lounge was the highlight - seats weren't that comfortable - it was a full flight but no complaints

this flight was vanilla… boarding went fine, crew was fine. Sat on the plane, delayed, for nearly 30 minutes. The seats are terribly uncomfortable.

Overall, from checking in bags to getting on plane, not enough employees to be able to get all on the plane, therefore I was not able to get on the plane, due to no one wea there for me to check in my bag, so I decided to go thru the security point and by the time they were done with my bags, I was told that my bag cannot be checked in, and then found out that the lady that does the check in was boarding the customers onto the plane, she said that she was going back and fourth, there for was not able to get on the plane, which changed all my flights by the time I got to Dallas, I was on standby 3 times, and wasn't sure about being able to get on the fourth plane, so ended up buying another plane ticket, so I could make my destination on time.

3.5 hour delay!!! No plane for hours, mechanical issues and poor communication from airline. Horrible! Supposed to land at 8:54, landed at 12:32!

My check in experience was horrible. When checking in online, my husband got a boarding pass, I did not. We were not able to check our bags online. I also did not get TSA pre check which I have.

less delays; there was an hour+ delay on both flights. self serve check in kiosks weren't available for British Airways flights

Luggage got lost, need more staff not sure why we checked in over 1.5 hours before flight boarding .

My mother, 80years old, had arranged for wheelchair assist to and from the aircraft cabin and in the airport but, no one showed up for her to de-plane. Apart from Air Canada having a reputation of being late for every leg of its flight so nothing was new this time so this time they did worse by not assisting seniors. I guess our whole family is done with this airline

Because we had to drive to Toronto due to delays in Windsor on our return we had a car in Toronto so we had to drive home

The flight crew was extremely accommodating, finding a place for my guitar. Thank you so much! Departure time, however it was delayed almost an hour because the plane was not at our gate on time. We did make up most of that timing flight, however, but it is always annoying to be delayed for that length of time. I was looking forward to the, but, honestly, it was really bad. Overall, however, my first experience with Canada was really good and I would recommend you. Thx.

Seating for almost 3 hours in the plan before aircraft takeoff. Very exhausted .

The bathroom did not have hand soap. That is unacceptable.

I was seated next to someone who was, to be polite, not a small person. I had to press myself against the wall as I had no personal space. Aside from that the crew was wonderful and they got me home safely, which is the most important part of my journey. I am very appreciative to your air crews for the job they have, which isn't easy, and appreciative of the fact that they are professional and courteous. The employees I encountered on my journey, with the few exceptions I mentioned in a previous review, are a credit to Air Canada.

Air Canada had a lot of delays on our flight going back to Seattle. So much inconvenience for a long trip.

The Carry-on luggage that approved by TSA and all other airlines,- always an issue with Air Canada. This is inappropriate as my carry on suitcase meets the requirements however it always asked to check in on AC flight on the gate. Yes I have it for free, but it takes extra time to pick up on the carousel. Apparently it fit the overhead space, so why AC has this issue all the time?

Too many notifications. Non of which were useful. 4 hours before traveling we discovered that we needed a transit visa. That's useful information. Air Canada should flag and keep flagging that up. Then the useless too much information had us go to Paris not Brussels. Chaos involving the customer. We will try never to use AC again.

The terminal this flight boarded from was so far away, poorly temperature controlled, and generally uncomfortable. The plane was small but the flight was short, so it wasn't so bad.

the crew was very friendly. The check in staff was a different story. I was flying club and when I arrived at the check in desk the two people behind the desk waved me to another person. They were too busy chatting. This person checked me in and said to walk to the gate immediately. At it was 1h12mins before the flight, I asked if I could use the lounge. No, he said. Straight to the gate. Obviously it was crowded, uncomfortable and irritating as the flight was delayed and a herd of people were standing in front of the gate, hoping to get in first

Sitting in the plane for an extended period of time was very hot and uncomfortable. Very late arrival happened to not affect me but many others probably missed their connection because it also took a long time to get to the terminal.

Is it American Airlines or British Airways? This is so confusing. I got it from Portugal.

Appreciate free wine and entertainment plus good meals. Also leg room

On the flight from Venice to London even it’s short, 2 hours 20 minutes and mostly people are on vacation, it’s ridiculous to change money for the cup of tea or coffee. Also it’s to much to charge 80$ for 1 piece of luggage

It was very good. We got a late start by about an hour and a half. However I worked rather have that than crash. It was purely mechanical. They had our tickets ready when we came off the plane in London for the next leg. The only mishap was when we got to Lisbon my husbands luggage made or bit mine didn't. All was not lost because I did finally get it 2 days later. I was really pleased that they c made the effort.

Food was not good. Tasted stale and dry. When seats moved to lie flat they were very uncomfortable. No free internet. No live tv. Not flight map. Arrived safely and on time. Boarding easy.

They cancelled our flight the morning of departure at 4:30am.

We were told to check our bags at the last minute, and the communication was poor.

Entertainment catalog certainly needs an upgrade to include better and latest content. Food was not good at all - they need to cook something edible. Five starts to the crew and on tim performance of British airways though!!
