Check-in very easy and smooth. Plane and crew were nice. Seat open next to me created more space. Food was fair but plentiful. Lots of movies and I was able to sleep some on the way to Munich. Very tight connection, about an hour. Fast through passport control and a bit of a walk to last G terminal gate but I made my connection to Palma. Unfortunately, my luggage did not make it. It is now almost 24 hours since I anded and still NO luggage. I know it landed last night on another flight. Local delivery should be today to my hotel in Palma but nothing yet. I asked about the tight connection when I checked in and was assured they would get my luggage to the connecting flight. Very disappointing it missed my flight but more disappointing that it has taken so long to arrive. Failure on the airlines and service to get my luggage to date.

The crew member put her luggage and boxes behind my seat so I was able to recline while the passenger in front of me did for 8 hours. My knees were forced against the seat for hours :(. Dude sitting next to me hasn't showered in weeks so I almost threw up.

We left an hour late. The plane was not throughly cleaned. A gentleman sitting next to me has not showered in a month so I was nauseous. My seat has not reclined back because crew member put her luggage and boxes behind my seat.

Sorry my last review for prg to fra was for this flight. My prg to fra flight was fine but my second flight back to Washington DC was with a slow awful crew who wouldn’t come in a timely manner to take trash and take trash before serving coffee tea and was shoving other people’s bottles of water on me when we were not traveling together

Hated every minute of it. Delayed for over 10 hours only to have to cancel rental car, car insurance and hotel. Its taken me 3days to get to my final destination when it should have only taken 12-14 hours. Very unhappy with Lufthansa.

A350 has great entertainment. Make sure to watch the plane's external tail and nose camera's on landing and take off. Seats were a little hard for a 10 hour flight. I am gluten intolerant, they had good alternative meals for me on the flight.

Overall experience is good with boarding and food. There was no entertainment provided on a leg that made it bit harder.

You need to reimburse me for my seats purchased and luggage.

My baggage has been lost for the last 6 days! The problem originated at LAX with Lufthansa, which was a very big disappointment from LAX to Munich. The flight was delayed over an hour, the overhead bins on the window side are too small for most carryon's, the in-seat video screen were very poor as they would not respond to your touch quickly and would stop and start all over again, the earphone jacks are not like most standard ones, the seats still has wrappers and trash in pockets and on the seats. and there was no USB outlet to charge your phone or other devices. The German reputation for quality is bogus with this airline. BUT the responsibility for delivering my luggage became Air Dolomiti's as they were the last leg of the trip. The baggage area was chaos because several flights arrived at once. I took me over an hour to file a claim, the agent entered my info incorrectly, and the contact numbers for Lost and Found at the airport was never answered. I have never been called by Air Dolomiti or the baggage delivery company. I had to do all the calling. AD's live agents gave me two wrong phone numbers for the baggage company. When I finally got the right one on my third call, OF COURSE, no one answers and I still do not have any information on when my bags should arrive. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL operations by Lufthansa and Air Dolomiti. I will make sure I book any other air carriers on the rest of my flights to Italy this year.

The plane seemed very dated. The entertainment was very limited. There was a school group on our flight and the crew seemed bothered by them. They were not overly friendly or welcoming.

May be it is not an ITA issue, but the bags took long time to go out.

Good. But there food was poor quality and 95% of movies didn't have English subtitles

I thought they had rebranded themselves in every aspect but it was quite the opposite. The food was terrible the service was sub-par. Overall it was not a good experience.

I paid for premium seats and the last minute they changed the aircraft for a bigger one, they bumped me to another seat which was NOT at all comfortable for an 11 hour flight, will fight for a refund!!
