Generally good. The crew is excellent. The food could be better.

Excellent apart from transport to actual plane 10 minutes from the actual gate , walking out in the tarmac in the rain and having to climb stairs to enter while holding luggage.

Boarding was smooth and on time. The seat was comfortable and the entertainment worked. Staff were gracious.

Business class in the second leg - CDG-EVN was a disaster.

I have used Air France and KLM many times it will help if they change their menu's feel like it's been the same for years!!!, Especially the breakfast. Overall the flight was good and enjoyable.

No bording was given for next trip on same carrier, food was very moderate.

We transited through Chad and what was supposed to be a 1hr 20 minutes transit time lasted over 4hrs. We didn't get regular updates until we complained. After a 10hr flight from Paris no form of refreshment given and finally arrived Abuja over 6hrs later and none of my bags came

They canceled the flight on us very close to the flight date .

The first flight Seattle to Toronto was very poor. My seat was changed. The aircraft was changed. They were having issues with the meals. My second flight from Toronto to Quebec was fine. Short flight still no entertainment. My third flight Quebec to Montreal was very short seats are very uncomfortable, too old and way worn out almost like sitting on a bench. My last flight Montreal to Seattle was fine. Finally, they had some entertainment. Proper food was offered as advertised flight staff was accommodating and friendly, but once again, the aircraft seats are hard like benches.

It took 66 hours to get from Seattle to Tel Aviv. As a minor, I was left for more than 12 hours in Toronto and Frankfurt without hotel and food vouchers. It took 5 layovers. It was insane and not okay

It was delayed but got us to YYZ. I had great copassengers.

Crew was terrific. In flight entertainment system is very slow and the touch screen can be not sensitive enough or too sensitive. It was such a pain to pause a movie in case when I unpaused it accidentally thought I presses stop. This happened 3 times. I gave up and went back to my phone for entertainment.

Flew SEA-CA, then CA-NRT. First flight was short but very uncomfortable, dirty, and had very small overhead storage space. The seats and fans were not cleaned and had visible dirt on them. Second flight was perfect.

The Air Canadian personnel were all very professional and friendly. I will definitely fly on them again.

it was our first flight with Air Canada. The flight was very good. The arrived 10 minutes early. The crew was attentive and very professional. The seats were comfortable and the food was fine. There were a lot of movies and TV shows to choose from. The boading was OK, but it is more about the Montreal airport procedures, but not about Air Canada.

Glad to see the staff of Air Canada take preference in protecting their customers from unruly passengers before they board. Well done

This website did not advise the prices were in $USD, when the flyer (me) was flying within Canada only and only a Canadian resident, and booking this flight in Canada. Furthermore, the area to board the plane was unusually hot and sweaty.

Overall great flight experience- on time, lots of food and movies.

We were helped whenever needed and had a pleasant flight.

Air Canada from Edmonton to Toronto was disappointing but Lufthansa from Toronto to Frankfurt was excellent.

I'm Canaadian. I hate Air Canada. I used to give them a pass on their international service. No longer, They suck across the board now! Old planes, exhausted staff bad food and shitty entertainment. Your seats need reupholstered! Start with that...

Great flight. Left on time, not very crowded. Quiet and the right temperature.

Boarding is as always an issue. Slow and long boarding time.

Got auestioned multiple times by gate agents. They ran out of chicken for the first meal. Slept pretty good on it and had good entertainment.

Staff was nice. Plane was new and clean. The food/sandwich was horrible. Absolutely disgusting for a four hour flight. I’d rather not get anything.
