We were told that our flight would be delayed for 90+ minutes because of weather, so we went to get something to eat only to have them randomly start boarding 15 minutes after the announcement, with no warning.

Confusing. Delay updates were out of whack At one point it said my flight was 25 hours. Three gate changes and two delays only to change back to original departure time. Gate announcer and on board flight attendant (Alejandro) making the announcements was impossible to understand due to accent and speed of speech. After beverage service the rear flight attendants sat back there on their phones. No refills no checking in, one sweep through for trash collection. Very impersonal. Bring back Coke products

Business class is great. New airplane, very comfortable, better than some of the major airlines I am used to

great flight. Pilot was communicative, flight attendants were excellent. Really nice experience except my tv didn’t work.

Overall, the flight was better than the flight I took to go to Florida, which had a bunch of problems. The crew is really nice and the plane was new so it had a small problem when we were on the runway, but the flight itself was great. They even made some time back up, which is always a good thing.

at the time for boarding the lady just call Group A and no other goups and everybody from A to F go inside without the right turn,and when we get in theres no more spsce for carry on , the ones that get in at not correct group from the back occupy our space !!!!! a mess !!!!

Everything was good except for deplaning in NY. Took way too long!!

Jet Blue keeps getting iit wrong. 4 hour mechanical delay followed by terrible boarding experience. This is my third horrific jet blue flight in 2024. I am going to try to avoid this loser in the sky

Delayed by almost an hour - I also noticed that all JetBlue flights departing from PBI were delayed yet the weather was perfect.

Was lucky to have a employee at the AA checkin counter that had compassion and understood they ordeal that we went through with our original flight being diverted, needing to stay in the aircraft and then flying to the original destination; adding hours to the trip and forcing us to miss our connection and our rebooked connection. She was able to get up on standby on the highest priority on the next flight to the closest airport we need to be at and it all worked out despite being many hours late.

Delayed so that missed connecting flight. Connecting flight was also delayed on the tarmac but they closed the gate before the rescheduled time.

Took off over an hour late with multiple mechanical issues. Gate agent in Dallas was lazy and was slow as molasses. Had a line 10 people long. Spirit bad..

They gave my seat away although it was a connecting flight with them and the flight was a bit delayed.

The Flight attendant had an attitude and didn't allow anyone any time to prepare for landing despite being absent throughout the entire trip

Ac was broken so we deplaned, waited 2 hours, taxiing for takeoff they said the plane would not fly so we went back to the gate and got a new plane which took another hour. In all a 4 hour delay for an 80 min flight.

Horrible people at the gate, they force me to check in my carry on, even thought no one behind me has to do it. I had to get out of the airport in NY to get my bag and go thru security again on my way to Honk Kong. The worst part is the employee threatened me with loosing the flights if don’t comply.

Delayed flight, few announcements with information, no comps, cluster f boarding because zones weren’t spread out and announced loud and repeatedly, staff did their job -nothing more nothing less, annoying kids were speaking and kicking the heck out of the back of my seat and parents weren’t willing to parent… so another typical day of air travel in the US.,

Flight was delayed until Next day as crew timed out

The flight was great until towards the end when the flight attendant read an excessively long commercial for purchasing an american airlines credit card. The worst part is that we are doing a lot of traveling this year so i was actually interested in getting the credit card, but I was so annoyed with the long commercial that I completely dismissed the flight attendant bringing around the information. Next time, keep the sales pitch to 10 seconds and then pass around the brochures!!

This was the smoothest flight I have had in awhile. I was also offered an exit row seat for a great upgrade cost and was able to sleep almost thr whole flight due to comfort and a smooth flight. We left on time and arrived on time.

No food not even water offered unless you buy it and no usb in the seat but other than that everything was good

Because our flight from marsh Harbor to Fort Lauderdale was over three hours delayed it caused us to miss our flight in Fort Lauderdale. Because we missed that flight, it cost us nearly $100 apiece for four different travelers which totaled nearly $400. We are seeking a reimbursement for the flight that we missed in Fort Lauderdale Florida.

Flight was cancelled just 6 days before. No more flights that day, and the following date was sold out. Had to obtain a refund and buy more expensive flights on another airline.

The whole day was a nightmare. Flight extremely late. Boarding was a mess of a nightmare.

Missed our departing flight due to poor baggage drop staff. At the airport with 2 & 1/2 hours to spare and waited in bag check in until 15 minutes prior to gates closing before baggage staff asked us to move to the front of the line. We weren’t the only passengers that missed the flight. Poor organizational operations by Spirit staff. Otherwise , the return trip was fine.

Worst airline experience ever. Lost my IPad going thru security. Charged for my dog carriage at the gate not at ticket counter. Gave away my seat 6D. Expressed I wanted my seat back after charging me 99 for dog carriage. Should have thrown it out. Had a 16 yr old Yorkie heading to Boston after being a snowbird. Seats small. Very bad experience. Still don’t have my IPad. Horrible

The boarding gate was moved so many times that I missed my flight. No attendants would help me. The wrong gate was even on my boarding pass. I had to repurchase everything. I’ll never fly again. Really a terrible day as I had planned to see a former student who is dying in Louisville Never ever will I forget that day. Your airline is totally uncaring.

Hated it I would not use Kayak or Spirit ever again.

Good for the price. My only complaint is that the pilot should keep the air flowing while passengers are waiting to getting out of airplane.

I arrived 1 hour prior to boarding, and they said I was too late for a domestic flight. First time I heard that :-(

Frontier is a crappy airline nothing about it is honest

Crew members are very rude and not cooperate with passengers.

30 minute delay due to boarding and settling of a family.

I am HIGHLY unhappy with the amount of money I spent on the flight. Paid in advance only to find the flight at a discount price a week or so before the flight. I will not fly frontier again and have bad mouthed your business since to anyone I have spoken with about flying (which has been many a people). Crew was mediocre and instead of moving me to a spot where I could gain some leg room they sat their flight attendant there. Won’t be flying frontier in the future.

Well, I didn’t have food! So NA wasn’t an option. I’ll be back!

First time flying with Frontier . From buying tickets ,getting boarding pass and boarding plane was super easy. Definitely would fly again with Frontier .

Our flight was on time and unremarkable which I'm grateful for, as it is not the norm traveling these days. Frontier is a low-cost carrier and it really shows when compared to other "normal" carriers. They don't even give you water during the flight. The coach seats are decent, however it was not as clean as it should be. We had crumbs all over the floor by our seats.

They lost my baggage on my connection flight, it’s been 24 hours since I put my claim in and still no update on my bags.

I am very disappointed. I booked with kiwi when I got to the airport there was no reservation I had to purchase another ticket after my card was already charged for almost double the cost I payed through kiwi eight days after I went to their office in Tortola and they refuse to give me a receipt so that I can cancel the original payment. They said “ there is no record that you used silver to travel “ I know I did not swim to Puerto Rico . If someone can help me please so that I can cancel the payment the credit card company said I need it, I have less than 14 days or I will loose my money. This is terrible and there is no local number for them.

I booked because of time of the flights. I needed to be at my destination at a specific time, and missed my appointment because of your delays.Get rid of these junk planes. The ATR planes are dated old scary planes. And maybe you could actually be on time. This airlines on time record is horrible. The communications between the gate agents and this company dont exist.. They couldn't give any answers,. When trying to find out when the flight would leave, they get no response when they asked for details on flights, they receivedconflicting information. I felt bad for the gate agents having to deal with Silver's inability to communicate simple information. This is my last choice in air travel. On time flights are everywhere, and both flights I took were delayed. It's a sad company.

The flight itself was good and the flight attendant was very good.

It was awesome until we ran into some bad weather but the pilots did an amazing job getting us to safety and landed

If you take this airline, they WILL change the flight time, and make you miss your connection. It has happened every time I used it. It's so unreliable that I think it shouldn't be offered on Kayak. You will regret it!

In addition to the fact that Silver changed the flight time several days before the trip without offering any choices , I was sick with Covid and unable to go on the trip. I tried to ask Silver for a credit for a flight when I’d recooperated but they don’t do credits, even for illness. I will Never fly on Silver again

I canceled due to a 7 hour delay. Was forced to book another airline last minute , very expensive. Silver Aorways sucks

I spent hours with orbitz to get my tsa # on my ticket. They didn’t have a place to enter. I will never use orbitz again. No customer service. A number in which u press offered options and the message replays instead of getting customer to that area. Silver did not make the promised call back. Finally someone responded to my email and took care of it after I lost hours of my vacation arranging this. Staff on flight barked orders.

Our pilot and flight attendant, Desiree, were great. I always fly this route and this crew was better than most.
