I've flown many many times on Northwest and then Delta. The crew on this flight were absolutely the best I've had the pleasure of being looked after by.

5-hour delay due to storms in Tanoa and airspace restricted by Miami traffic controllers.

West Jet has a horrible boarding process and the seats have no cushion.

MSP to Atlanta was much better than Atlanta to St. Kitts. Paid $180 each for myself and wife for Delta comfort from Atlanta to St. Kitts. Seats were more narrow and obviously old and worn out. Tailbone is killing me. Seat would not recline. Seats behind reclined and we were not an exit row or in front of an exit row. Entertainment did not work in that the movie jumped forward and back and there was no audio. The plug in the arm rest was loose. Flight attendant tried “resetting” the video for my seat but no good. She never checked back. Someone else near me had the same issue. Touch screen was unresponsive. No where near as comfortable as MSP to Atlanta flight. 3 plus hrs. flight time without the basic amenities and not even remotely close to comfortable but paid for Comfort plus. I will be very disappointed if I have the same on my return “Comfort Plus” flight St. Kitts to Atlanta. At the very least my wife and I should be refunded for round trip “Comfort Plus” charges. The seats are too hard for long flights but otherwise- the process was smooth, the staff attentive, and there was to keep you occupied during the journey if needed.

The flight with Delta was good and I recommend this company.

I like using the Delta app to keep informed, boarding was smooth, and flight attendants were awesome and on top of everything, good communication from pilots.

Flight was on time and in fact arrived early. Seating was as comfortable as you can get in coach. Adequate leg room. Good entertainment system and offerings. Food was good. Flight staff was very good and accommodating.

Overnight flight in the old style Business class, but still very good.

I was in business class, without the business class amenities. Large seat with lots of legroom, but no TV or bed. Food was okay, but I did enjoy the Turkish red wine.

Excellent service and comfort from the moment you check in. Flight crew is hyper focused on making passengers comfortable and at ease. It’s like a flying hotel!

Only chicken as a meat dish through out the flight

Quality of service on board was very inconsistent. FA service primarily seemed robotic and they barely engaged with passengers

I’m unclear why I had to pay extra for assigned seats as Turkish airlines did not honor the seating. We were placed across the aisle from each other on TK 34, and were seated behind one another on TK 694. Because my name was misspelled on e-ticket (Klawiter, instead of Klawitter) I could not log onto website to get the connection gate number in Istanbul. The monitors in the airport were a jumbled mess 1/2 Arabic and 1/2 English.

On line check in needs a lot of improvement. I tried and gave up.

Why does it have to be painful to fly long distances?

It is a modern tragedy that any airline expects you to travel for 14 hours in such discomfort and that the only way to add comfort is exorbitant prices. I was in pain by the time we landed. Shameful.

Original plane sidelined. Had to wait an hour for replacement.

Crew was very cooperative and professional. Passenger's first checked in bag should be free.

No real agent onsite helping you for missing luggage there. Not like the other airline next to UA desk, they have staff attending in their desk assisting answer/helping luggage issue, even after midnight.

Horrible, the flights kept delaying, so it is obvious that we won't be able to make it to the next connection. No easier/real agent on site to help you figure this out. UA agent on other counters refuse to assist you and direct us to use the QR code/call customer service. So inefficient and poor. While technology seems convenient, but it's not the best interest/experience for customers need help while there is active issue need assistance.

Food is very bad and entertint not too many options ... flight attendet service is not good

After the morning frenzy of 35 min wait through CLT security at 4;30 AM, it was nice to have a smooth pleasant boarding experience. This 6:30 AM flight was not full. We were able to get seated swiftly and took off promptly. Nice touch they distributed the old fashioned headsets with 8 mm jacks. Snacks were decent and arrival was uneventful.

My window shade didn’t work. So I missed coming into my city. ☹️

Flight was delayed in the gate by 5 hours and ultimately cancelled- rebooking service by United agents was terrible

Food quality is deteriorating each time, last year was very good. I avoid the plane food lately.

Been flying on various airlines, all over the world, for 50+ years. The food on Brussels Air was easily the worst I ever endured.

I felt the overall quality of the plane and food service was less than that of their partner airlines, United. An example was wine was served in paper cups in premium economy class. There was no real silverware, napkins or a welcome kit other than a pillow and blanket.

Boarding time was a bit slow causing the flight to not leave right at 5 pm,but other than that it was fine.

I like the frequent mails we get when there is an update. Please keep it up

I have traveled to probably over a hundred locations worldwide, but had only one mixup of airport in Shanghai. Until Iceland and Stockholm. Reykjavik has 2 airports, Stockholm 4 (!). Please indicate clearly when a departure flight is scheduled from an aiport other than the international aiport. That would greatly reduce stress. Thanks

More than one hour detail with no explanation and no compensation

we had to unexpectedly check a bag, the flight was late getting in

There was a two hour delay because of incompetence in scheduling fuel truck. Further, upon arrival in Roanoke, hand baggage was sent to baggage claim. We carry hand baggage because it contains valuable or sensitive materials that we do not want going through the baggage system. This is very poor and United needs to perform better.
