Full flight where I had another passenger sitting in middle seat who said that he had lost 250 lbs from 500. The stewardess on exiting the flight advise me that I was going to receive a refund. I thought she was talking about another passenger. The stewardess saw that to make him comfortable I had lifted the armrest and flew for 5 hours to Seattle from Reagan DCA with a portion of his body on my seat. I survived. I flight to remember!!!!

the flight was delayed almost 3 hours and not one time was we told that it was delayed or why. I had asked one of the crew members why it was delayed, 20 minutes after the flight was supposed to take off, and was told that they had no idea what was going on and that they had not been told anything. this is FRIGHTENING!!!! No excuse!!

Flights were on time. Check in was fine. Crew members were pleasant.

I would have liked it to have been easier to order food for the flight. My son was not happy with the snack pack I bought him and it was a very long flight for a little boy to go without food.

We all boarded early, that allowed us to leave a little early.

Ground staff at LAX was very helpful. The Alaska lounge food and service is better than most airport lounges. I think the Staff are well trained polite and actually seem happy to work there. Great service Thanks 🙏 Jjk

The flight was very very delayed and arrived much later than planned. There was no communication about why or when our arrival would be. I would expect better and open communication about the flight but there was none. Also just pretzels? How disappointing.

I got to my destination but no comforts no snacks nothing. Like herding cows!!

My only comment was the confusion at Houston. Suppose to leave at 6 am and didn't leave til 11 am. Then moving from gate 10 to 30 and couple of hours later back to gate 10. Otherwise everyone everything was great.

5-hour delay due to storms in Tanoa and airspace restricted by Miami traffic controllers.

Flight delayed about 2 hrs so it made it a VERY late night

MSP to Atlanta was much better than Atlanta to St. Kitts. Paid $180 each for myself and wife for Delta comfort from Atlanta to St. Kitts. Seats were more narrow and obviously old and worn out. Tailbone is killing me. Seat would not recline. Seats behind reclined and we were not an exit row or in front of an exit row. Entertainment did not work in that the movie jumped forward and back and there was no audio. The plug in the arm rest was loose. Flight attendant tried “resetting” the video for my seat but no good. She never checked back. Someone else near me had the same issue. Touch screen was unresponsive. No where near as comfortable as MSP to Atlanta flight. 3 plus hrs. flight time without the basic amenities and not even remotely close to comfortable but paid for Comfort plus. I will be very disappointed if I have the same on my return “Comfort Plus” flight St. Kitts to Atlanta. At the very least my wife and I should be refunded for round trip “Comfort Plus” charges. The seats are too hard for long flights but otherwise- the process was smooth, the staff attentive, and there was to keep you occupied during the journey if needed.

Flight was on time and in fact arrived early. Seating was as comfortable as you can get in coach. Adequate leg room. Good entertainment system and offerings. Food was good. Flight staff was very good and accommodating.

Could not hear any of the announcements. The speakers seemed out of service. I wish the entertainment system would allow me to watch on my own iPad than the airplane ‘s old display.

Friendly boarding crew. Better could have been a bit more substantial food for this 3 plus hour flight.

Just a perfect flight. Fast, everyone was nice, and the flight attendants were very attentive.
