I've flown many many times on Northwest and then Delta. The crew on this flight were absolutely the best I've had the pleasure of being looked after by.

West Jet has a horrible boarding process and the seats have no cushion.

MSP to Atlanta was much better than Atlanta to St. Kitts. Paid $180 each for myself and wife for Delta comfort from Atlanta to St. Kitts. Seats were more narrow and obviously old and worn out. Tailbone is killing me. Seat would not recline. Seats behind reclined and we were not an exit row or in front of an exit row. Entertainment did not work in that the movie jumped forward and back and there was no audio. The plug in the arm rest was loose. Flight attendant tried “resetting” the video for my seat but no good. She never checked back. Someone else near me had the same issue. Touch screen was unresponsive. No where near as comfortable as MSP to Atlanta flight. 3 plus hrs. flight time without the basic amenities and not even remotely close to comfortable but paid for Comfort plus. I will be very disappointed if I have the same on my return “Comfort Plus” flight St. Kitts to Atlanta. At the very least my wife and I should be refunded for round trip “Comfort Plus” charges. The seats are too hard for long flights but otherwise- the process was smooth, the staff attentive, and there was to keep you occupied during the journey if needed.

The flight with Delta was good and I recommend this company.

I like using the Delta app to keep informed, boarding was smooth, and flight attendants were awesome and on top of everything, good communication from pilots.

Flight was on time and in fact arrived early. Seating was as comfortable as you can get in coach. Adequate leg room. Good entertainment system and offerings. Food was good. Flight staff was very good and accommodating.

Besides the flight cancellation, everything else was prefect. Kudos to Malaysian Airlines.

The flight was good but my neighbor had the vent open full power for the whole flight and because the air was blowing from the side instead of from the top and I got very cold and ended up with a sore throat.

All over with Qatar airlines my experience was really bad due to delays and then putting me on different airlines and after 8 hours of wait I had to listen to their is no plane to fly for another 24 hours. Wore experience ever.

We transited through Chad and what was supposed to be a 1hr 20 minutes transit time lasted over 4hrs. We didn't get regular updates until we complained. After a 10hr flight from Paris no form of refreshment given and finally arrived Abuja over 6hrs later and none of my bags came

My seat was so uncomfortable, and the headrest was broken. Very very disappointing for the price I paid.

Even though my seat is a paid seat, I was told to give up my seat to a passenger. I tried to ask the CA to negotiate, and when I spoke in Japanese, the CA fled. I had to find a Japanese CA and ask them to deal with it. . After takeoff, I spilled my coffee, and when I asked the flight attendant for a towel, she told me to wipe it off with a wet tissue. My clothes got wet, so I asked CA for an extra blanket, but I had to wait for an hour.

No Wi-Fi 50% of headphones handed out do not work. Otherwise pleasant.

In business class and attendants acted like bothering them when asking for water. Which they didn’t even offer at all during the flight.

Worst flying experience ever. Both kids fell sick from food afterwards. In flight Service was missing. Same food served for all meals and that too stale which made us sick.

Regarding the boarding: it needs more efforts to make it more convenient

Entertainment content is outdated. Food; I chose the chicken meal with rice, I would like to know the thought process of serving rice and chicken to be eaten with only a fork?! I don't eat spicy food for health reasons, I found out that the rice is very spicy after the first bite, so I didn't eat.

Missed our flight to London and we were put on coach seats to Munich.

They canceled our flight last minute and we had to get another flight with twice the cost

Dinner was excellent - beef stew, the eggs for breakfast were only ok. It was soooo nice that there were so many options for movies and games.

Captain waited 45 minutes for late passengers boarding from Washington DC to Munich which was nice for them but caused our luggage to miss boarding our connection on to Bucharest. We then did not receive our luggage for about 48 hours after landing which was very inconvenient for our travel.

Poor, we had 1 hour to grab our checked luggage, go through customs, recheck bags and run across terminals to make our United flight. Poorly planned connections.

Check in in Albuquerque was awful. The people were great but they were over loaded. The procedures were terrible. We got through fine but it took 90+ minutes.

Will try to not fly with them again. Delays because of weather but got redirected to an airport where I could not make connection.

Staff didn’t care in business class. Closed the door on my mom while she was on the jetbridge and flight attendant told me she would make it from the connecting flight. They lied. My luggage was damaged on arrival. No success in filing damage claim.

Boston Logan is a crummy airport - signage is terrible or lacking in areas. Boarding seemed to be a free for all and with all the different airlines speaking, you couldn't tell who was supposed to be where and when. Plain and simple, airlines should board from the back of the plane to the front. Also someone was sitting in my seat. By the time that was figured out, I had to place my overhead behind me which made de-planing more difficult. Logan is not Lufthansa's fault so that is not on them, Boarding is on them! Still, overall it was a Good Experience flying with Lufthansa. This is not my first flight with them...
