Everything could be better. The plain was in Orlando for 3 hours prior to boarding. After boarding all the passengers they found out that plane has a mechanical problem. After an hour the problem was solved, the pilot comes on and states, (We have to go back to the gate and take on more fuel!) Are you kidding me???? Who they have for pilots, Boy scouts?? I barely made my connecting flight to Vienna, but my suitcase did not. I'm still waiting for it, in Gyor, Hungary. Am I having fun yet?? Other passenger were in the same binned. I travelled all over the world both for business and pleasure with all types of airlines. By far of all the carriers I travelled with, Discover is the worst. I'm contemplating to bight the bullet and go back to the US with a different carrier. For International flights, the seats are made for little people. The person in front of me had his seat reclined the whole way, I felt like he was sitting in my lap. For closing, I would not let my dog travel with Discover, yet alone recommend it to an other person. Does it sound like I'm frustrated, Think about having to travel back to the US with them. I'm sure I'll not hear back from you, because nobody wants to hear about bad news, but with all the hype Discover puts out there about their services, nothing could be further from the truth. The flight and crew was above average. However, there was a two hour delay.

It was freezing in the airplane. Everyone was wearing everything they had with them. The crew acknowledged it was cold, but did nothing about it

The flight crew was outstanding. Small children running around and constantly crying was extremely annoying.

The boarding was a mess; I'm unclear why they can't organize it by boarding number.

We left an hour late. The plane was not throughly cleaned. A gentleman sitting next to me has not showered in a month so I was nauseous. My seat has not reclined back because crew member put her luggage and boxes behind my seat.

Prompt boarding, safe landing and they didn't lose our luggage. No entertainment and no USB plugs to charge phones. No food, though I might have been asleep.

I got an email from Lufthansa saying that because the flight was full, I could check my cabin bag for free. When I tried to do that, I got charged $75 because it was 'overweight'. Other people who did not check their bags didn't get their bags (that were much larger than mine) weighed. Nor were they denied boarding. This is a scam, right? Expect to see this review EVERYWHERE!

"I am aware that there was a strike at Munich airport, which led to the cancellation of my flight. Additionally, I had insurance for the flight. Lufthansa informed me about the cancellation approximately 2.5 hours before the scheduled flight while I was en route to Rzeszow airport. They offered me accommodation in a hotel for the night and arranged two connecting flights for the next morning, instead of my originally booked single connecting flight. Consequently, I arrived a day later, causing me to miss a day of work and some important meetings. I hope you can assist me in obtaining a refund for this inconvenience."

Speakers were blaring. It's like being in a Moroccan market and you keep getting shouted at with what's for sale

What can you say Ryanair get you there,no frills Not so cheap anymore ..... but what is now days! Would use again as always. Good flight times for us.

Boarding process makes no sense for priority boarding or not since everyone gets crammed in a bus and everyone gets out without any difference.

Ryanair is the worst airline in Europe and easily one of the worst in the planet

Em relação a Ryanair, ter de ir ao check-in só para carimbar o cartão de embarque não foi muito fácil, são muito demorados, e atrasam a passagem do controlo de passaporte... E cheguei com 2 horas de antecedência

The Ryanair staff was not polite. We all travelled with the same suitcases as we departed from Thessaloniki, however they decided that for some passengers the suitcase was not the rigth one as far as the dimensions are concerned. Furthermore, one air stewardess asked passengers to close themselves the luggage cabinet in order to prove that the lugagge was not properly fitted, which i think is very unkind and unprofessional. We also had to wait outside , some metres away from the plane until last passengers came off....It was generally a dissapointing experience.

The flight boarded and departed Venice on time (more or less), the cabin crew were super friendly and efficient, the flight crew kept us informed of progress, and the flight arrived early in Dublin. All in all, this flight was as close to perfect as is possible to achieve. Well done, Ryanair. The fact that Ryanair aircraft arrive and depart from gates that are in the back of beyond in Dublin's Terminal 1 is a bummer - in terms of the length of the walk need on both ends of a return flight. But I suspect that this is not Ryanair's fault

it s a budget flight, crew was doing their job well, it was on time.

Usual RyanAir flight but disembarking was poor, no rear steps. The Faro Airport required lots of up step and down steps, no elevator Getting through passport control took 50 minutes in the EU line

A normal Ryanair flight = too many announcements to sale something, hard landing. Otherwise, good value for money
