Top airline flying from Kaua'i to Burbank
The jet bridge electricity was out. We were boarding in the dark. No air-conditioning and it was extremely hot. Every person that came out of that jet bridge into the aircraft was profusely sweating. Truthfully, sitting in first class, it was no Hawaiian hospitality. Just a bunch of senior flight attendants are doing their routine over and over.

The in flight speakers little touches of humor were entertaining.
The flight left and arrived on time. the only food offered on the 5+ hour flight was a cheese sandwich. Unlike Alaska Airlines there was no information on the website regarding food at all or any option to purchasse in advance. Otherwise, it was an excellent flight.
We were not given the seats we reserved. But helpful attendant at gate gave us very nice seats.
The flight was very smooth and comfortable. The entire flight crew was very professional and provided excellent service. Thank you.
It was great with the exception of a rude desk member on the way back. And a terrible sandwich on the way back.
One of the best flights Ive had in a long time
My tray was broken and instead of being moved I was provided blue tape.
