Extra leg room was nice. The wheelchair situation getting off the plane was a disaster. No wheelchairs or porters were waiting for customers to be picked up when the plane arrive pretty much on time. After about 45 minutes of waiting on the chair service I just walked myself to the luggage claim. Aren't they supposed to know when the planes are going to arrive and land? It was messed up from thr time we landed. No wheelchairs and no porters. Finally After an hour of waiting for them to arrive I walked to the Baggage claim myself. Not a good way to return home from a great Hawaiian vacation.
The flight was so cold from Vegas to Hawaii. Everyone was so cold they put on goodies. They made us buy blankets for $13 each for 4 people. The plane was like an icebox. Now on the way back you made me pay extra so my family can sit together. Will not use you again.
The in flight speakers little touches of humor were entertaining.
The crew was quick and efficient. The flight was uneventful and arrived slightly early.
My seat was broken I couldn’t put it back I have really bad back issues , the flight was 5 hours delayed and there was a drink dude harassing the entire flight
No food or entertainment because it was a short flight. Unfortunately the takeoff was delayed more than an hour
The flight left and arrived on time. the only food offered on the 5+ hour flight was a cheese sandwich. Unlike Alaska Airlines there was no information on the website regarding food at all or any option to purchasse in advance. Otherwise, it was an excellent flight.
Parents with kids should all be in the same area. Sounds rude but who what's to fly 6hrs with crying and bratty kids. Just my opinion.
Ok, so I didn’t have seats, so got there very early. I was first in line only to be told, listen for your name for seats. The flight was boarding before they gave me a middle seat, way after others showed up who were given more favorable treatment. Ok, so , don’t show up early and obey all the rules??? Clearly, your gate clerks did not. What gives???
