Thw crew was excellent but due to poor scheduling Alaska Airlines routed our flight to LAX then LAX to Seattle. This delayed our arrival at the airport by at least 5 hrs and really inconvenienced us in many ways...

My baggage did not with me , which upset the item that were inside as gifts . Well over 24 hours .

Very close to on-time takeoff and landing. Attendants were all great - Julia was best! Joined the Alaska Air Rewards and will fly with them again!

My only comment was the confusion at Houston. Suppose to leave at 6 am and didn't leave til 11 am. Then moving from gate 10 to 30 and couple of hours later back to gate 10. Otherwise everyone everything was great.

There was a medical emergency on board the crew handled it very professionally and the ambulance crew as well. I am very impressed. Thank you Clyde Barron 31 D

Ground crew was great in Austin, flight crew left a lot to be desired. Not particularly friendly, helpful or nice.

They oversold my flight by 9 seats so when I went to check in I was not assigned a seat and the only one available if I didn’t want to chance it were 100 dollars more

The pretzels are awesome. The free movies are excellent. The plane crew was amazing. The Austin airport lounge was too small and overcrowded. There were not enough seats. And the boarding staff was not as friendly.

I had never flown Alaska before but I definitely will again . Their app is great and the staff was nice , the plane was clean and comfortable . I've been trying to think of something to complain about but I honestly cannot think of anything . And Alaska itself - wow! Such beauty everywhere out there

It was really nice as always and i enjoyed the flight this time around wasn't as much turbulence.
