I was feeling very comfortable throughout the flight. I got more leg room than I expected from a Y class seat. But the food was a little disappointing.

All of the JAL flights in this itinerary were great. However the last leg of my flight from LAX to SFO was through Japan Air’s partner, AA which wqsn’t up to par. We were informed only minutes before boarding time of a delay despite the airlines knowing about the delay far earlier (the aircraft we would be taking arriving arrived and disembarked close to our boarding time, for all to see but AA still kept the original boarding time posted until last minute). Furthermore, once we boarded the taxi/wait time was also extended, with the pilot blaming “construction at SFO” for the delay, rather than taking accountability for the the plane’s late arrival coming into LAX. We took off approximately an hour later than scheduled. It’s for these reasons I adamantly avoid American Airlines when possible. Again, JAL was stellar.

Great service but food taste and options have gone down a few notches.

This airlines is always my favorite. Very consistent customer service and food is good. My last flight with them, I had no idea we landed because it was just that smooth of a land.

At least it was not very cold inside the plane. I noticed there was now a bidet in the bathroom and that’s good! I didn’t like the window seat. Flight was smooth except for 1 turbulence. Plane was on time. Thanks. Food was not that great. Miso and green tea were good! As usual movies were old and there were no changes.

I didn’t like the check in process I had to check in at the counter took too much time . Didn’t give the upgrade my seat .

l enjoyed the variety of good and drink choices. The flight attendants were very quick and efficient to our needs.

Truly impressive service in the air. After the main meal, they have a delicious a la carte menu that you can order anytime until 1.5 hrs prior to landing. Flight crew were so pleasant and very efficient. Wish I could fly JAL more often!

It was one of the best experiences. The staff were amazing. JAL is my second favorite Asian Carrier I have flown on. Korean Air was my first. Thank you JAL for bringing me home safely and for such an amazing staff and service.

JAL is quite nice in business class. Comfortable, spacious seats. Their entertainment, especially their film selection, isn’t that great though as their are not many new releases like some airlines offer their first and business class customers. . Food is excellent and the option to order on demand is always quite nice, which JAL offers. Flight attendants were very friendly and kind. Overall very good experience with JAL.

Liked all aspects except boarding notification. Long delay with little support in knowing about change in boarding gates .

I liked my seat and the boarding was seamless once I arrived at the gate. The food was not good and they didn't have any vegan options. Some of the crew members were lacking empathy or personality

Well organized staff friendly and great attitude. Little awkward and slow to check a bag in Lihue but otherwise a pleasant experience

The flight was so cold from Vegas to Hawaii. Everyone was so cold they put on goodies. They made us buy blankets for $13 each for 4 people. The plane was like an icebox. Now on the way back you made me pay extra so my family can sit together. Will not use you again.

The crew was quick and efficient. The flight was uneventful and arrived slightly early.

My seat was broken I couldn’t put it back I have really bad back issues , the flight was 5 hours delayed and there was a drink dude harassing the entire flight

No food or entertainment because it was a short flight. Unfortunately the takeoff was delayed more than an hour

Flight was ok, a bit of turbulence, but Ok. With some exceptions, staff could use some attitude improvement. I know they have a tough job, to carry out with little time, I appreciate the control and service they provide. They have to consider passengers medical deficiencies. I for example have eye, disabled.

Parents with kids should all be in the same area. Sounds rude but who what's to fly 6hrs with crying and bratty kids. Just my opinion.

Ok, so I didn’t have seats, so got there very early. I was first in line only to be told, listen for your name for seats. The flight was boarding before they gave me a middle seat, way after others showed up who were given more favorable treatment. Ok, so , don’t show up early and obey all the rules??? Clearly, your gate clerks did not. What gives???

More facilities to transport to the gates......felt too much walking distance

Just happy I flew Qatar Airways awesome no wonder they are #1 in the world right now! The food was just delicious, very courteous, professional crew.

It was good no problems made it on time for the next flight overseas!

It was a really long flight from Doha to Philadelphia and it was overall a good one. The one area that I would comment on is that there is a lot of single-use plastic and disposables in the meal service for American Airlines. It would be great to see more circular options in the meal service to reduce the amount of waste.

Suddenly Flight has been change by Qatar and there’s no information is there of us from Bom to Doha and counter person is behaving like Qatar owner next I will not buy Qatar and I will not suggest anyone to fly in Qatar

The crew was fantastic and the over flight was perfect as well.

They shld provide food. Between food they are giving 10 hours gap which is toooo much

The crew was great and the food and liquor offerings were good. Seats were a bit cramped. Flight arrived early at destination. That's a plus.

All over with Qatar airlines my experience was really bad due to delays and then putting me on different airlines and after 8 hours of wait I had to listen to their is no plane to fly for another 24 hours. Wore experience ever.
