After 14 hour delaybwith departure time changed 9 times then announcing the flight was canceled. Another later announcement said the cancelation was in error. Also after paying a higher fare to leave in the afternoon then departing at 4am was not right.

I cannot say this enough, I NEVER BOARDED OR HAVE HAD ANY TRAVEL IN THE PAST YEAR. However your app says ive been traveling a lot lately. GET REAL HUMANS TO GIVE CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

late lack information taney changed my sit even after i had checked i. a day prior and had been at airport checked in for 5 hrs. i have medical condition that i need to sit in aisle but changes to window. only apparent at boarding and they had no explanation why they changed my boarding pass and had no other seats. very bizarre, uncaring and disrespectful. Made my trip very challenging I should sue you. will NEVEr fly JB again. Ever. Would have blasted in social media but did not want to disclose my medical disability.

The plane smelled bad, the temperature in the plane was over 75 with times over 80. Jet blue tried to mask the smell of armpits married with butt. Overall mediocre. Crew was nice

Service for food to our seat was a bit slow. Snack choices were just pretzels or baked chips. My seat cushion was not attached. Other than Barbie, video choice were not very good or current.

It took an hour to get my bag after landing. Not exaggerating

I had a horrible experience with TSA at the airport. I had to go through TSA several times as there was some issue each time with a piece if clothing I had on. It was so busy & chaotic that I ended up forgetting my Apple laptop at TSA. It’s been days & I can’t get through to anyone to get useful info on how to get it back. I’m very angry because contacting lost & found shouldn’t be this difficult. Employees should know what is going on at their place of work. It seems no one knows as everyone’s answers are contradictory, or you can’t speak directly to anyone as the calls are automated. Very upsetting.

Everything was good instead change the gates! I missed my first flight because it was changed the gate and I didn’t know!

My experience with Eva sir was good except the long walk in LA Lex, that was inconvenient for my age,

almost 4 hour delay as they over booked and had to wait for 8-10 volunteers to agree to travel next day.

Connecting flights were poor,especially in Naples.our Lufthansa air bus was a joke.way too small for that long of a flight.no room at all.couldn’t even get out of the seats to move around or go to the bathrooms.we thought we were getting an actual air bus,double decker.i will never fly that long in a plane like that again.kind of misleading to call it an air bus.we actually had more room on our buses that we used.

Crew was very cooperative and professional. Passenger's first checked in bag should be free.

They have trouble to keep their flights in schedule. Seems not having enough staff to provide appropriate customer service. Lacking real agents on site to help customers. Have to use QR code/web site/call to be able to talk to real person can help you - and you may have to punch though series of options first, then hold until someone assist you. Similar for baggage claim, no real agent onsite helping if you missing luggage, not like other airline next to UA desk having staff there even after midnight to assist customers.

Flight was delayed due to the late arrival of the catering truck, which is quite unacceptable. There was a beverage service, but no pretzel, or cookie, or nuts were served in coach.

Flighty delayed on boarding - then group 1 had to check their carry on bags but groups 3 and beyond could carry bags on - very inconvenient for weekend business trip with no checked baggage. Then delayed on the runway - before take off. No communication from pilot on why or how long. Wifi/Entertainment didn't work for 4+ flight. Upon arrival, attendants announced wrong carousel for baggage claim - everyone was waiting at the wrong place for their checked bags. This was a mess united!

Everything was great except for one thing. I was sitting in seat 1L with plenty of windows. Because we couldn’t sit next to each other, my husband was in 2L with only one window that he had to almost turnhis neck around to look out. Therefore, the window position with 1/2 of the “window” seats in business class is not optimal

I was not expecting much as i was not in a premium cabin. I was pleasantly surprised that the seat in economy plus was spacious and food was ample. Party of 5 with 2 parents and 3 kids.

Outstanding in all respects. Early boarding left early arrived early. We were in business class, so was perfectly fine.

Dinner was okay but the breakfast was not eatable on the flight San Francisco to Zurich.

I really do not like the basic in basic economy.
