Pretty much everything. It was difficult to get the car we paid for, drop off was difficult and we had to take time our of our trip to take the car in for service.

Car was very comfortable, clean , more than enough power, pick up was sooo easy, drop off a little disappointing as there were no persons on the counter and we really wanted to know about the deposit return. In the end we had to drop the key and run for our boarding, but was sorted very easy next day by phone call.
