Everything was exceptional except for the price. I hope that car rental costs will go back down in the future.
Pros:The Hertz counter is located in a very convenient location in the airport. Picking up the car is even better as you just walk outside of the rental area and the cars are parked in covered parking. Drop off is in the same location, so much better than getting on and off a shuttle bus to the rental location off site. The car was ready and waiting. I had called ahead because my flight was delayed and I was worried that my car would be rented to someone else, but they had lots of cars and the check in was super easy and quick. No push to take up extra insurance either. Car was in excellent condition and had the manual in the glove box so I could read how to operate it (switch on lights etc) while the driver was driving. It came with a snow/ice scraper/brush.
Pros:I had no problem with drop off. I was early and had to wait over two hours, with a reservation, in the airport, to get my car. My "like" vehicle was a 8 person Expedition for two of us???????
Cons:a smaller car and better help at the counter, she didn't care
Pros:Staff was nice. Drop off was easy. The pick up procedures once I got to a staff member were actually fast.
Cons:The wait at the airport was horrid (like at least 90 minutes in line).
