I had to wait 45 minutes for a vehicle to become available.

When arrived at counter, they advised some one voided our booking. After 4 hours of arguments with call center , counter and price line got the car after wasting 4 hours. Worst experiance.

The customer service rep was very rude. They canceled my car because I was late due to my flight being delayed. I tried calling them but nobody answered phone. I had to go to Hertz and paid three times what I was supposed. Not happy at all. I probably will not be using Kayak again and you should take Fox off website of yours.
