Pros:not much.....
Cons:We reserved a mid sized SUV. When we arrived at the lot, a small 4 door car was presented to us as our car. I quickly pointed out what we had requested. Then there was this awkward shuffling of oh, yeah, you can get that Jeep over there if you want. The 4 door was lees than the SUV making me think bait and switch. We moved past that, then I signed all the paperwork only to have the girl tell me it again as she hit cancel. So, we did it all again and got to the exit and the gate guy asked when we had 2 receipts. I explained what happened and he gave me both receipts in case I was double charged. We ended up on a toll road at one point. Typically car rental companies will give you options in this case but Enterprise told us nothing about this. When we returned the car, the girl asked us about our experience and I told her what had happened. She chalked it all up to new people working there and getting up to speed. I thinking even new people can read.... So, she kept asking me what she could do to make it an excellent experience, I finally told he tht wasn't happening and we walked. This location appeared very disorganized. I've had a few issues with Enterprise in the past, so I will NOT be using their services again. I am retired and was a worldwide business traveler for 35 years: this aint good customer service.
