Cons:People receiving the car, we asked for the shuttle bus give us the WRONG information we almost miss our flight
I booked a mid-size SUV but they gave me a compact SUB as Doge Hornet for the same price and insisted that this is a mid-size SUV!
Pros:The line person at Burbank @ 11:30 am Sunday 12/17 helped focus me and caused me to find a couple of items under the seat etc. Very helpful.

Pros:Pick up service was fantastic and very professional. Vehicle was clean.
Cons:Quite a walk for those that aren't physically abled.

Cons:Long walk, but that was not so bad because I had dropped the bags before I returned the car, had I not done that it would have been bad since I had two sets of golf clubs and two good size luggages
