Pros:I was given an upgrade, so was very happy.
Cons:Finding the office during pick up and the garage for drop off were both confusing, but that's typical in many European cities.

Pros:It's reasonable that car rental companies want to make money selling us extra insurance, but I got threats and very threatening behaviour. On the return, I was ten minutes late and was charged for an extra day. Not a very happy experience, and I haven't had the final bill yet. Will there be more unpleasant and unwarranted surprises?

Cons:Basically a scam rental. Apparently you rent the car but you are now allow the drive it. They charge crazy for even some marks on the tire normally caused by driving on roads and claim it as a “damage”.

Pros:The car was nice, everything was very convenient. It was an easy pick up.
Cons:After picking the car up, I looked at my order for what I had to pay, and I noticed that there were lots of fees that came in after the fact almost doubling the price shown on the website.
