Cons:Will never book with budget again, almost ruined my move.

Pros:Sherlene offered us water and kept her cool despite some tough customers before us in line. She was friendly and easy to work with.
Cons:What ever you do, you need to always make it visually easier to determine if the car is not at an airport. I am guessing a huge percentage of cars rented through your site are at airports. There should be a better differentiation in search results as well as a quick warning upon check out. Nothing more frustrating than getting to the counter having them tell you it will cost 3x because reservation is somewhere else. I went with a different company.
Cons:the office closed at 3pm on saturday. my flight was delayed and i arrived at the office at 3:05. very disappointed.
Pros:Check out was fast and Stephen, the representative that helped me with the rental, was super friendly and helpful.

Cons:I reserved a car (Dodge Avenger or similar) but when I went to pick up I as told they only had pickup trucks which is not similar to a car. I had to pay extra to get a small SUV.
Pros:That I was able to get a rental
Cons:Picked up the rental in New Orleans with low leaking air in the rear tires .. had to fill them on several occasions.. woke up the next morning to only 6 psi .. had to take the vehicle and exchange it 30 miles away .. just blew a big chunk of my day spent on vacation
