Cons:the car we rented was still dirty. the seat was stained, and it smelled really bad. seems like they never cleaned the car before it was given to us. will never rent with alamo again
Pros:The service was the best I've ever experienced and on both ends. The Palm Springs pick up was quick and courteous and the LA people had me on my way to the airport in less than 5 minutes. Wasn't always this way with Alamo, but now they are the best. Keep it up!

Cons:The pick up was terrible - they had a line of about 75 feet long with one person handling the cars until finally another person showed up. It took almost an hour to obtain the vehicle that I had already paid for in advance.
