Pros:Nothing.Cons:My experience here was terrible. Had asked for car pickup at 8am and only got it at 9am. The car was not ready and was being cleaned in front of us as we were walked over to it for pickup. During that time the executive there talked us unto removing our existing insurance and getting insurance directly through them which is something that could have been done prior to our arrival there as part of their customer care services instead of inconveniencing us while we were standing outside - as part of COVID regulations they don't allow you inside their offices anymore so we are standing out in the heat doing all this. When we got to the car, in front of us, their executive turned it on to read the gas mileage and then handed us the keys. When we sat in the car, the tire pressure and two other alarms lit up on dashboard. The fact that the executive tried to give us that car with all those things lighting up seems extremely careless and rudimentary. We had to walk back and let them know to then have them offer us another car. Where was that car? In another garage that would take according to them 5 minutes to get there but considering we already had waited an hour to get the first car, we were in no position to believe that 5 minutes was a true estimate of time. We left and cancelled our rental with them. Extremely unprofessional service and will certainly not be heading here anytime or referring anyone for business there either. This was an hour and a half of time wasted on our outward journey that was completely unnecessary and shouldn't have occurred at all.Reviewed Oct 9 2020

Sometimes you get more than you paid forPros:Excellent price, good service and communication, what's not to like? Never knew I could get a pickup from them, and at such a great price, so it all started on a positive note, as they're the closest rental agency to where we live. When the person who had the truck before us was running late, the station called me to coordinate so there were no surprises (I was much happier sitting home for an extra hour rather than finding out when I got to their location and having to cool my heels there). Pros:The customer service was really good. Raena was excellent. No hard sell on insurance. I have my own excess cover so just showed her that. They gave a small discount when i said smoking smell in the car. But atleast acknowledged it.Cons:The car was really basic. For an suv. I atleast expected the seats to be adjustable for height.!!!. The car smelled of smoke which was very annoying as i had kids. The company should run a no smoking policy if they already dont. If they do they should valet the car appropriately. The change oil sign was on full time, however the car worked fine. They could do by a drop off / pick up service for international customers.Reviewed Jan 11 2017

Inconveniced.Pros:They dropped the ball but compensated us for the troubles.Cons:We reserved a car through kayak and even received a confirmation call from enterprise and when we arrived they didn't have the car we wanted available (convertible). They didn't have any cars available for us besides a pick-up truck which would have been a miserable choice for the road trip we were taking. We had to wait 3 hours before anything options were available which significantly delayed out trip.Reviewed Jan 9 2017

never seen such poor service anywhere elsePros:NothingCons:We booked a SUV one month ahead in prevision of a 10 day road trip with our children coming especially from France. When we arrived at 8:00am, as scheduled, we were told there would be a delay. More than 2 hours later, and after several calls from our side (they never called back), we were finally told that there would be no SUV available, and we were given two "solutions", either a pick-up truck or a small sedan, neither acceptable in that case. They told us then that "we should rent from another company"!! You can guess that this was very easy on December 26th... We finally found one at a much higher price, but also lost most of our first trip day. I complained by email and received a note saying that an official from the company would call me, but this never happened.Reviewed Jan 5 2017
