Fairly efficient check out and check in, convenient location.Cons:
The car smelled of cigarette smoke. I could tell the rental company had cleaned it, but that smell can't be taken out. It was an unpleasant experience.10.0 Wonderful

The two employees were nice and personable.Cons:
There needs to be a HUGE disclaimer stating that you will not be rented a vehicle if you only have a debit card and your credit rating is bad. Why this as any bearing on whether or not a person can pay the rental fee is beyond me. Needless to say I did NOT, was NOT able to rent the vehicle.5.6 Fair

Car performed well. Drop off was quick and painless.Cons:
Did not get car I reserved. Only smaller car was offered. As a result, we had to have one of our children ride with others and, as a tall person, it was a production getting into and out of the smaller car. Made a change to the length of the reservation and asked two separate customer service people on two different days to send me a confirmation by email. Both promised to do so, took my email address, but I never received that confirmation.Avis

The mini van was clean and fully loaded. Nice staff and I would rent here again, if the need arises.Cons:
The parking lot is very small and with more than two customers can be very crowded. The radio was on when I got in to drive it and I had to listen to profanity for several blocks before I figured out how to turn the radio off. It was on a normal station that just happens to play rap, not Avis's fault but had a child been with me it could have been bad, as toddlers repeat everything!Budget

Friendly at pickup and drop off. Went the extra mile when I left my iPad in the car and came back to get it.Cons:
Tire was very low at pickup. They put air in it but it went low again the next day and had to find an air pump at gas station to put more air in it.2.0 Poor

Cons:
Explicitly reserved a compact car for the gas mileage as I knew I would be driving a fair distance. When I arrived to pick up my reservation, they asked if I would like to upgrade to a SUV model for an additional 8 dollars, which I declined. After declining, I was told that they only had a truck left so I would be receiving a "free upgrade". So they tried to get me to pay for an "upgrade", then received the same car anyway since it was the only one left. And ended up having to spend a significantly increased amount of money in fuel charges that I was specifically trying to avoid with the compact rental...10.0 Wonderful
