Everything was fine. There was a bit of a wait to pickup the car & mixup on car itself compared to the rental agreement. But everyone handled it fast, smooth, & positively. Drop off was smooth. No issues at all. The only inquiry or recommendation is to enhance the Dollar rental experience to be more like renting for Hertz, but there might be reasons I am not considering. Anyway, all good. Electronic car rentals themselves need some help, but that's the car & EV charging station issue not the rental company. ThanksReviewed Jun 9 2024

I wouldn’t use Dollar again, due to the wait to get the car and the fact they didn’t check the cars condition before giving it out. The Prius got me where I needed to go, despite heavy rain storms.Reviewed Jun 3 2024

As an infrequent user, it would have been nice for someone to escort us to the vehicle and explain its features/ operation. Kayak incorrectly advertised this rental agency as being inside the terminal of the Keflavík Airport. In reality it’s not even walkable, you have to drive 8 minutes to get there. Added a lot of extra time to our pickup when we were expecting to grab our car at the airport.Reviewed Jun 2 2024
