The staff at chesterfield was fine accomodating.Cons:
Have to wait for half an hour outside the branch for the lone staff to return. Then found out after settling my charges here in Toronto that I was charged twice for the insurance coverage.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Cons:
I reserved my car over a month in advance and was called the day before my arrival to Saint Louis airport. They stated they could not pick me up and I had to start a new reservation. The price increased dramatically (from $250 to $550) for the same time period. I called customer service and they could do nothing for me. I was forced to cancel my reservation with them and decided to go to their competitor which was Hertz. I paid $30 less but had somewhat better service.4.0 Mediocre

Car had clearly been smoked in for a previous long period. Had the car for a week and it still reaked of cigarettes after a week.10.0 Wonderful

Had to go find someone to help me when I first got there. Stood upfront for a few minutes and finally wondered around until I found help. Van was lowest quality out of options listed online. Then drop off location was closed and directions hard to read on drop off box. For cost of rental this was not the experience I expected.6.0 Okay
