Pros:

The guy at the counter was very busy but friendly and couteous.

Cons:

I prepaid $65 for the car but when I got to the airport I checked my credit card and it was charged $225. Now I have to fight Hertz to get it back. No wonder they are in bankrupcy.

Pros:

The Hertz rental called me an hour before scheduled pick up to let me know they didn't have the car, or any cars for that matter. They did have a cargo van for me to drive up to Vancouver with.

Cons:

They could start by informing customers in the morning, not an hour before pickup. They could improve by having a system that doesn't allow you to book a car that doesn't exist. Best is if they actually rent you a car... But this might be too much to ask for.

Pros:

The pick up location was friendly and processed everything. They didn't charge me for the tablet that was installed which was nice. Even if I lost the use of it along with the car due to a suicidal deer in Montana. Hertz sent a tow truck that hauled to Kalispell airport where I picked up another car and was on my way.

Cons:

They didn't explain the use/charges for the installed tablet. Because it was two different locations (Bremerton/Kalispell) they closed out the account for the one car and wrote a new one for the other so I didn't get the rate I had previously. It was a nice car though so not much to complain there..

The dropoff was painless. The pickup office was a zoo… I felt sorry for the one guy waiting on a horde of people, complaining, etc. Took way to long to get outta there. Other than that, car was cool, etc. Thx!

The car had a front end alignment issue that is noticeable at a higher rate of speed it was very concerning for me when driving on the express way.

I was pleased with everything except that they marked off the on me the same minute windshield ding that was noted in the previous damages list when I picked up the car, presumably because I had added insurance, so they can file another claim. Possibly just an error, but judging from the previous reviews it seems suspicious.

My reservation was for 10 am but car wasn’t ready for 2 hours. Then you all forgot to change the reservation since I couldn’t pick up at original time and charged me for an extra day. Very disappointed

They gave me a rear-wheel drive vehicle instead of the AWD vehicle I had specified. I needed to buy $150 of chains to get over a mountain pass and the entire trip was stressful and dangerous.

The lady that helped me was extremely nice from picking up the car and even dropping off (we ran into her in the streets). She was super accommodating even though the car I selected was not in the lot. She assured me that it was going to be a similar car and I was able to choose from a couple. We bonded super well and I loved my experience because of the customer service I had received from her.
